Enquire & bookFor families with small children, for celebrations, and for travellers after a night they will remember. We bring some of Tokyo's most refined sushi craftsmanship to you.
No crossing a crowded city, no other diners' eyes on you. Simply enjoy the conversation with your family and friends, and every piece the chef shapes in front of you, for as long as you like.
In collaboration with Sushikawa, listed in the Michelin Guide Tokyo as the standing sushi bar Tachigui Sushi Sushikawa.
The ground-floor private dining room is reserved for your group alone. No other diners — a completely private space.
A live experience with the chef shaping each piece in front of you. You eat each piece of sushi at its very best, the moment it is made.
No taxi, no walking — just down from your room to the dining room on the ground floor. Easy even with children, or at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

The ground-floor private dining room is a contemporary Japanese-modern space with a fully equipped kitchen. Concrete walls, warm timber textures and indirect lighting create the calm of a hideaway.
Bench seating lets the family sit side by side. Children can relax, and the meal flows naturally with the conversation. For up to 6 guests.

Every piece tells the story of where it came from. Bluefin from Hyogo, sea urchin from Hokkaido, bonito from Awaji, simmered conger from Nagasaki. The menu changes daily with what arrives from fishing ports across Japan.
Around 15 pieces of premium nigiri, interwoven with small seasonal dishes.
A private sushi dinner in Tokyo typically costs ¥40,000–¥80,000 per person. At Masa in New York, it exceeds ¥150,000 per person. At Prime Suites Tokyo, we offer craftsmanship of a comparable standard at a more flexible price.
Wagyu sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, and a full Italian course from a referral-only restaurant, are also available in the ground-floor private dining room.
A visiting chef from a hidden kappo restaurant brings carefully selected kuroge wagyu and seasonal ingredients. Sukiyaki in a sweet-savoury warishita broth, or wagyu shabu-shabu served with abalone steak, alongside sashimi and seasonal Japanese dishes — an evening around the table with your family. Come as you are. Approximately 120 minutes.
A full course from a referral-only restaurant, brought into your private space. From vivid appetisers to pasta, seasonal fish, roast wagyu and dessert. No other diners, no need to dress up — just your family, taking your time. Approximately 120 minutes.
